We already have established linkage with our existing levels of care such as withdrawal management, residential treatment and outpatient MAT services. Besides this, we also have a contractual agreement with a variety of treatment centers and primary care service centers such as SHAR House, NCADD, Detroit Recovery Project, Families against Narcotics, and CARE of Southeastern Michigan. We continue to develop alliances with various other social service organizations and recovery service centers to link and coordinate our clients.
QBH has variety of services to meet the individual needs. Our services start with the withdrawal management program where a client is stabilized and steps down to the residential program. Following the residential program, patient is enrolled in an outpatient program either at our facility or is referred to a facility of his or her choice. The recovery housing program requires that the person is sober and is receiving services either at QBH or any other facility. This ensures that there is a continuation of services from one level to the other.
We collaborate with a variety of recovery networks to help our clients. Some of them are Detroit Recovery Project, Families Against Narcotics, CARE of Southeastern Michigan.
